Staying at Carfax House was a delightful experience, with its convenient location near various points of interest like the University of Manchester. the room was well-equipped with amenities such as a flat-screen TV and a kitchenette, making it feel like a home away from home. the private bathroom was a nice touch, complete with free toiletries and bathrobes for added comfort. The property itself was around 3.8 km from Victoria Baths and 5 km from the Whitworth Art Gallery, making it an ideal base for exploring Manchester's cultural scene. the rooms were clean and cozy, with additional features like a safety deposit box and a terrace adding to the overall pleasant stay. the attention to detail, from the fresh towels and bed linen to the well-stocked kitchenette, was much appreciated. Overall, Carfax House exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money and comfort. the proximity to key attractions, combined with the homely feel of the room, made for a truly enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend this guest house to anyone visiting Manchester for business or leisure.
